Chinese fishermen were stunned today while fishing along the Li River system of Guilin Prefecture, Northeast Guangxi. The Li River from Zhujiang Pier (Guilin city suburbs) to Yangshuo is like an artist's masterpiece. The landscape is decorated with startling hills, steep cliffs, fantastic caves and farming villages, and is lined with bamboo groves. In a Chinese poem it is written: "The river is a green silk ribbon, and the hills are jade hairpins".
There are many attractions along the Li River, originating from Kitten Mountain (Mao’er Shan), the Li River winds its way south for 437 km (272 miles). The 83-kilometer-long (52-mile-long) section between Guilin and Yangshuo is the most beautiful part. Though most of the fishermen have lived and fished in these waters for the most part of their life and are familiar with the landscape, nothing could have prepared them for what they would find in the middle of the river early this morning.

Although strange things like crop circles are reported across the globe appearing from thin air in fields. The discovery a local fisherman Qui Changpu did must be a one of a kind event. Qui Changpu said earlier: "I couldn't believe my eyes, where did it come from?" What Qui Changpu saw stuck in the Li River is what appears to be a huge Gibson Les Paul Studio Electric Guitar. The Electric Guitar is estimated to be 100-foot tall and weight 58-metric tons. The share size and weight of the Gibson Electric Guitar is making it the biggest ever Electric Guitar in the world. When the sun hits the enormous fireburst body it is a sight to behold. The gold hardware alone on the Gibson Electric Guitar is said to weight over 10 tons. Also making the Electric Guitar one of the worlds biggest gold reserves. Thieves have yet to try and steal any of the gold, the size and weight of the hardware have proven to be impossible for them to move. Who or what made the Electric Guitar have yet to be determined. Gibson have not made any comments on the finding in China as of this time.
Fishermen are more than happy with the huge Electric Guitar, locals are reporting that fish caught around the area is plenty and the taste is great. Experts have come out to say that there could be a connection with the acoustics coming from the Guitar and the fish life in the river.
