Ireland Hand Made Instruments

 
A few days ago a video popped up where we get a tour of Chris Larkin's guitar shop, where Chris makes his hand made guitars. Chris states "I work alone hand building a variety of instruments beside the beach on the beautiful west coast of Ireland. I am in my third decade of guitar making and it is still the best job in the world. And, so far, I get paid to do it. Nothing could be better!"

Now when Chris says hand building it is just that. There are no CNC machines in Chris Larkin's guitar shop. Everything is hand made. Underscore. Now we get a quick look around the shop. And Chris shows aloth of beautiful woods that he's got. Because Chris try and not to keep a stock of guitars we only get to see a few guitars that he have made in this video. But if you go to his website you can look a more pictures of his beautiful handmade guitars. The few guitars we do get to see in the video tour is his own electric guitar and a we others along with hollow body electric guitars. The one guitar that may stand out the most in this video is the matte black very slim semi-acoustic electric guitar that got the name "The Stealth". The reason behind the name is because the B-2 Stealth Bomber was also black. A very nice looking guitar indeed.
